Broccoli is my best friend these days

I'm still subsisting on pretty much just grilled chicken, broccoli and peppers. And for dessert, Weight Watchers yogurt. Once I lose just a few more pounds, I'll start cooking again, I promise.

good luck! you look great, so i'm not sure why you're so concerned about your weight. but since i'm the same age as you are, i guess i kind of understand where you're coming from!

I'm actually pretty OK with my weight, but it's been starting to cree-e-e-ep up, so I want to get to just a slightly better base weight, ya know, and consistently pay more attention to what I'm eating. This is a good exercise for me.
